My strengths are my speed, technical ability, and excellent footwork. I am confident using both feet, with a particularly strong left foot and a reliable right foot. I am a versatile player who can perform effectively on either wing, as a holding or attacking midfielder, or as a striker.
Hello, my name is Lizzy, and I play soccer for the local U17/18 team as well as the Select and Division 1 Women's teams in the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island. In addition to three team training sessions each week, I work with a personal trainer once a week to focus on injury prevention, core strength, and overall athletic development.
It has been an honour to be selected for the Elite XI Canada 2009 and 2010 teams, representing Canada at elite showcase tournaments across Canada, the United States, and Europe. These experiences have challenged me to grow as both a player and a teammate while competing against top-level talent.
With my high school team, I helped earn a silver medal at the 2025 BC School Sports Provincials and a bronze medal in 2026. I was also honoured to be named to the 2026 BC School Sports Provincial All-Star Team.
After graduating from high school in 2028, I plan to attend college and continue my soccer career by playing for the college team. My goal is to develop both academically and athletically while competing at the highest level possible.
Inside soccer
Aside from soccer, I love to travel, spend time with my friends, and read crime and mystery novels.
I am currently in my senior year at Duncan Christian School and truly enjoy being a part of our amazing school community.
Outside of school, I volunteer as a youth leader with my church's youth group, where I enjoy encouraging and supporting younger students in their faith and personal growth.
